I have played millions of hands of chemin de fer. I began working my way into the casinos when I was sixteen. I have wagered on online blackjack, I have counted cards, and worked as part of a team for a little while. With all that said I have still lost a lot of money at twenty-one. The gambling halls have made it very hard to defeat the casino.
I still enjoy the game and gamble on a regular basis. Over this time period I have wagered on a variation of twenty-one called "The Take it Leave it Method". You will not get flush with this tactic or beat the house, still you will have a lot of fun. This tactic is built on the idea that 21 seems to be a game of runs. When you’re hot your hot, and when you are not you’re NOT!
I play basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I lose again I bet the table minimum on the successive hand again etc. Whenever I profit I take the winnings paid to me and I wager the initial bet again. If I win this hand I then keep in play the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the payout paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I keep betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I don’t win I lower the bet back down to the original amount.
I am very disciplined and never "chicken out". It gets very fun at times. If you succeed at a few hands in series your bets go up very quickly. Before you know it you are wagering $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic streaks a few times now. I left a $5 table at the Palms a couple of years ago with $750 after 35 mins using this method! And a number of months ago in Las Vegas I left a table with $1200!
You must comprehend that you can say good-bye to a great deal faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more enjoyable. And you will be astonished at the streaks you notice wagering this way. Below is a guide of what you would wager if you continue winning at a five dollar game.
Wager $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the first five dollar wager
Wager 5 dollar
Leave five dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of 10 dollar
Wager ten dollar
Take $10 paid-out to you, leave the first $10 wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave ten dollar paid to you for a total bet of $20
Bet 20 dollar
Take 20 dollar paid-out to you, leave the original $20 wager
Bet twenty dollar
Leave 20 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of forty dollar
Wager forty dollar
Take $40 paid to you, leave the first forty dollar wager
Wager forty dollar
Leave forty dollar paid to you for a total bet of 80 dollar
Bet 80 dollar
Take $80 paid to you, leave the first $80 bet
Bet eighty dollar
Leave 80 dollar paid-out to you for a total wager of $160
Wager 160 dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the first one hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you left at this moment you would be up 3 hundred and fifteen dollars !!
It is difficult to go on a streak this long, but it does happen. And when it does you can NOT deviate and lower your wager or the final result will not be the same.
