I have bet on millions of rounds of blackjack. I started sneaking into the gambling halls when I was sixteen. I have bet on online chemin de fer, I have counted cards, and worked with a team for a little while. Given all that I have still lost all kinds of cash at blackjack. The gambling dens have made it almost impossible to defeat the house.
I still enjoy the game and wager on a frequent basis. Over this time period I have gambled on a type of chemin de fer called "The Take it Leave it Method". You won’t get flush with this tactic or beat the casino, still you will experience a lot of fun. This method is founded on the idea that blackjack seems to be a game of streaks. When you are on fire your on fire, and when you’re not you’re NOT!
I gamble with basic strategy chemin de fer. When I lose I wager the table minimum on the successive hand. If I do not win again I bet the lowest amount allowed on the successive hand again etc. As soon as I hit I take the payout paid to me and I bet the initial wager again. If I win this hand I then leave the winnings paid to me and now have double my original wager on the table. If I win again I take the winnings paid to me, and if I win the next hand I leave it for a total of four times my original bet. I continue betting this way "Take it Leave it etc". Once I lose I return the wager back down to the original sum.
I am very disciplined and do not "chicken out". It gets very exciting on occasion. If you succeed at a few hands in series your wagers go up very quick. Before you know it you are betting $100-200/ hand. I have had fantastic runs a couple of times now. I left a $5 table at the Venetian a few years ago with $750 after 60 mins using this tactic! And a number of months ago in Macau I left a game with $1200!
You need to understand that you can relinquish much faster this way too!. But it really makes the game more exciting. And you will be surprised at the runs you notice betting this way. Below is a guide of what you would bet if you continue winning at a five dollar table.
Wager $5
Take $5 paid-out to you, leave the original $5 bet
Wager five dollar
Leave 5 dollar paid to you for a total bet of ten dollar
Bet ten dollar
Take ten dollar paid to you, leave the original ten dollar wager
Bet ten dollar
Leave 10 dollar paid-out to you for a total bet of 20 dollar
Wager $20
Take $20 paid to you, leave the initial 20 dollar bet
Bet 20 dollar
Leave $20 paid-out to you for a total bet of $40
Wager 40 dollar
Take forty dollar paid to you, leave the original forty dollar bet
Bet 40 dollar
Leave $40 paid-out to you for a total wager of $80
Wager eighty dollar
Take eighty dollar paid-out to you, leave the first 80 dollar bet
Bet 80 dollar
Leave eighty dollar paid to you for a total wager of 160 dollar
Bet one hundred and sixty dollar
Take $160 paid-out to you, leave the initial one hundred and sixty dollar wager
If you departed at this instance you would be up $315 !!
It’s hard to go on a run this long, but it will happen. And when it does you mustn’t deviate and drop your bet or the final result won’t be the same.
